Paid Services

Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card in accordance with invoicing terms.

Subscription-based services automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled beforehand.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.

Applicable taxes, duties, or levies are the responsibility of the client and will be added to invoices.

lucidaos may adjust service fees; any changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lucidaos’s liability for damages is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the relevant services.

Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate or rely on third-party tools and platforms; lucidaos is not responsible for their availability or performance.

Termination

Either party may terminate services for material breach if the breach remains uncured after 30 days’ notice.

Upon termination, access to lucidaos systems will be revoked and any unpaid fees remain due.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at lucidaos.club/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

Communications

By registering, you agree to receive transactional and informational messages related to your account and services.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms and will post the revised version at lucidaos.club/terms with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these terms will be submitted to mediation in Thailand before seeking relief in the Thai courts.
